At Fate Beauty Society, we strive to offer our clients the highest quality hair care services, creating a personalized experience in a relaxing environment. We understand that your time is precious, and we make every effort to prepare for your visit and reserve that special time just for you.

Respecting Your Time and Ours

We kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 36 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer your reserved time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment and it ensures that your stylist won’t experience a loss of income.

Cancellation Fee

We understand that unforeseen events can occur, but please be mindful that appointments canceled or changed with less than 36 hours notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the booked service cost. This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists are compensated for their time and helps keep our scheduling fair and efficient for all clients.

Why We Can't Waive Cancellation Fees

Waiving the cancellation fee for personal reasons, however understandable and genuine, sets a precedent that undermines the financial stability of our stylists. As much as we would like to accommodate every unforeseen event in our clients' lives, doing so without a consistent policy in place would jeopardize our stylists' ability to manage their schedules and secure their earnings.

Our cancellation fee is not a penalty, but rather a necessary measure to protect the professional time of our stylists. It ensures they are compensated for their time, which has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be easily filled on short notice. This policy allows our stylists to continue offering the high-quality, personalized service that you expect and deserve.

This dedication means that when a slot goes unfilled due to a last-minute cancellation, it directly affects their income.
